What can I do if I have not received my PLECS license?

Problem description: 

I have purchased a PLECS license. What should I do if I do not receive the email with the license?

Solution: 

The e-mail may have been caught in a spam filter.
- Check the spam folder of the e-mail you registered with.
- Whitelist @plexim.com email addresses. If they are blacklisted, the email may have ended up in the server's spam folder.
