Problem description:
In some cases under Windows the OpenGL software rendering of the PLECS online help (PLECS Help Viewer) does not work properly (e.g. a blank white screen is shown).
Solution:
To make PLECS use a native, hardware-accelerated OpenGL or Direct3D library on the host PC please uncheck the option ‘OpenGL: use software rendering’ in the PLECS Preferences window. If this does not solve the problem please contact us at support@plexim.com.
