Problem description:
There is a section in the PLECS component library for machine models, but where would I find generators?
Solution:
All machine models in PLECS are bi-directional and can also be used as generators. If the mechanical torque has the same sign as the rotational speed the machine is operating in motor mode, but otherwise in generator mode.
